Panama City, Fla. (Nov. 9, 2006) – Seaman Ethan Cypher gives the thumbs up to instructors as he and Seaman Jeff Finkel prepare to undergo decompression chamber training. Students at the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center undergo various training scenarios to prepare them for duties involving underwater emergencies and procedures.
